What Do You Advise

Now that you have the background, we are looking for your analysis and advice. People around the world have been working to compete in this global, and increasingly knowledge-based economy – how do you think we should proceed? How are other regions around the world addressing these issues? And what should our priorities be for the future? I am particularly interested in your views in two areas:
